Configurable and bolt-on solutions for chosen industries

MGL has pioneered this concept for the plastic industry and its EZPlastic solution is now certified bySAP as a de facto standard bolt-on package for North American clients. We intend to roll this out as a global solution offering. Based on this success, we plan to develop similar bolt-on solutions in the industries we serve.

India and China focus

As the two Asian leaders march forward with a focus on gaining exponentially greater global economic power, MGL Manufacturing intends to play a key role in the go-to-market strategy of companies in these two countries. Replicating best practices, local implementation of ERP packages for global clients establishing bases of operation in India and China, localization with technology vendors, process improvement through lean manufacturing, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be the touchpoint services for which MGL will become known and admired.

Business Consulting

Aligning the business process to adopt technology will determine the new manufacturing company. MGL will provide strategic advisory services in the areas of business processes related to manufacturing, such as strategy formulation, new product introduction, lean manufacturing, and supply chain management.
